3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement

All prices are displayed in USD & Indian Rupees (INR) or other specified currencies and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge the specified amount.

4.3 Payment Failures

If a payment fails or is declined:

• You remain responsible for payment

• We reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings

Prices may not include applicable taxes (GST or other taxes). You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase unless otherwise stated.

5. Course Access and Content
5.1 License Grant

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

5.2 Course Access Period

• Online Courses: Access is typically provided for a specified period (e.g., lifetime access, 12 months, duration of course). Specific access periods will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

• Live Sessions: Access is available only during scheduled session times unless recordings are provided.

5.3 Course Content Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update or modify course content at any time

• Discontinue courses with reasonable notice

• Replace instructors or facilitators when necessary

5.4 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

• Compatible devices and browsers

• Stable internet connection

• Necessary software to access digital content

We are not liable for access issues caused by your equipment, internet connection, or technical incompatibility.

6. Mountain Retreats

6.1 Booking Confirmation

Retreat bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or specified deposit. We will send you a confirmation email with retreat details.

6.2 Retreat Itinerary

Retreat schedules, activities, and locations are subject to change due to:

• Weather conditions

• Safety considerations

• Unforeseen circumstances

• Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

6.3 Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled activities

• Respect retreat rules and guidelines

• Behave respectfully toward facilitators and other participants

• Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs

• Assume responsibility for your personal belongings

6.4 Health and Safety

• You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in retreat activities

• We are not liable for injuries or health issues arising from your participation

• You agree to follow all safety instructions provided

• Travel insurance is recommended and your responsibility

6.5 Accommodation

Accommodation arrangements (where included) are made in good faith. We are not responsible for the quality or services provided by third-party accommodation providers, though we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, images, videos, audio recordings

• Course materials, worksheets, and handouts

• ACIM interpretations and teachings

• Blisswork® branding, logos, and trademarks

7.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish our content

• Record, screenshot, or share course videos or materials

• Use our content for commercial purposes

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works

• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

• Share your account access with others

7.3 ACIM Content

While A Course in Miracles is in the public domain in some jurisdictions, our specific interpretations, presentations, and teachings are our proprietary content and subject to copyright protection.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff

• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

• Spam or send unsolicited communications

• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools on our website

• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if you violate these prohibitions.

Blisswork® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury (except where caused by our negligence)

10.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Upon termination:
