1. Overview
Blisswork® ("we," "us," or "our") provides spiritual education services including A Course in Miracles (ACIM) courses and mountain retreat experiences. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed. As we provide digital educational content and experiential retreat services rather than physical products, this policy reflects the nature of our offerings.
2. Services Covered
This policy applies to:
Online ACIM courses (digital content, recorded sessions, live classes)
Mountain retreat bookings and experiences
Any other spiritual education services offered through our platform
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Online ACIM Courses
Digital Course Content:
Once you have accessed the course materials (videos, PDFs, or other digital content), refunds are generally not available as the content has been delivered
If you have not accessed any course materials, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
Refunds will not be issued after course materials have been downloaded or viewed
Live/Scheduled Classes:
If you have not attended any live sessions, you may request a refund up to 48 hours before the first scheduled class
No refunds will be issued after the first live class has commenced
For ongoing courses, refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis for future unattended sessions, at our sole discretion
3.2 Mountain Retreats
Cancellation by Participant:
More than 30 days before retreat: Full refund minus 20% administrative fee
15-30 days before retreat: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before retreat: No refund (credit note may be issued for future retreats, valid for 12 months)
No-shows: No refund will be provided
Cancellation by Blisswork®:
If we cancel or reschedule a retreat, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another retreat date at no additional cost
3.3 Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. Refund requests due to the following may be considered on a case-by-case basis:
Medical emergencies (documentation required)
Natural disasters or force majeure events
Technical issues on our platform that prevent access to purchased content
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Promotional or discounted services (unless required by law)
Services already fully consumed or attended
Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (accommodation, travel arrangements, etc.)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
Email us at team@blisswork.org with your order details
Include your name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for refund
Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
Allow 7-10 business days for us to review your request
We will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund via email.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account
7. Course/Service Transfer
If a refund is not available, we may offer:
Transfer to another course or retreat date (subject to availability)
Credit note valid for 12 months toward future purchases
8. Technical Issues & Service Delivery
If you experience technical difficulties accessing our digital content:

We will work to resolve the issue promptly
If we cannot resolve technical issues preventing access within 7 days, a full refund will be provided
9. Compliance with Consumer Protection Laws
This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights, including:
Rights under the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019
Rights under international consumer protection laws where applicable
Rights to refunds where services are not delivered as described
Where local laws provide greater consumer protection than this policy, those laws will prevail.
