The Art & Science of Blissful Living

Blisswork® is a three-step nondual mindfulness wisdom programme that evolved from 13 years of my study and practice of A Course in Miracles and Advaita Vedanta.

1)
Abide in True Forgiveness (Egoself)
Release all and all your experiences in duality, as unreal.
[
You Are All—All Are You]

2) Abide in Sacred Guidance (Mindself)
Go within, and surrender to your pure guidance.
[
Your Pure Spirit Is Your Guide]

3)
Abide in Bliss (Spiritself)
Step in to the state of bliss, your eternal reality.
[
You Are Your Source That Is Bliss/Love]

To reach this level of practice, you need some willingness and commitment. And some basic steps, of course. Here's a gentle way to look at it: Practise these three steps whenever your remember for, at least 21 days. Then you will be allow this to be your first nature.

In case you need my help, I'll gladly guide you. There are a few preparatory practices to get here, that I teach in person. Ask your heart first. If there's a 'green light', email me.

"It is possible to reach a state
in which you bring your mind
under my guidance
without conscious effort,
but this implies a willingness
that you have not
developed as yet."

A Course in Miracles
(T-2.VI.6:1)

"Healing thus becomes a lesson in understanding, and the more you practice it, the better teacher and learner you become."

[ A Course in Miracles, ACIM, T-11.II.2:1 ]

"Turn the mind inward
and cease thinking
of yourself as the body;
thereby you will come
to know that the self
is ever happy."

Joshua Newton
Creative Mentor, Nondual Mindfulness Wisdom

Josh teaches these eternal principles with the aid of his short contemplative films & deep meditative images. This makes his method of teaching unique.

Blisswork® is a fruit of 35 years of his psychological and spiritual enquires founded on the awakening teachings of A Course in Miracles and Advaita.

After a long self-study of advaita vedanta, he was blessed by a heart-opening into the teachings of ACIM in 2012. After a series of direct experiences of 'no self' in 2015 and 2017 while living alone in Bangalore, he started looking at the ACIM teachings through pure nonduality (advaita) without the aid of its Christian/anthropomorphic terminology. He saw that both these esoteric sources are pointing us toward the same destination—from perception to the knowledge of the Self.

Eventually, Blisswork® took shape for the modern seeker, to help us correct our mind to be free and blissful.
